LatinMixx runs a membership platform for DJs — exclusive edits, early releases, and library tools. The recurring stack behind it (delivery, member management, and marketing tooling) had grown faster than the revenue it supported.

What we cut

We separated the tools that drove signups and retention from the ones that were simply convenient, then cancelled or downgraded the convenient-but-costly ones and replaced their core function with software the platform owns outright.

What we built

We moved the highest-cost recurring functions in-house and added AI to handle catalog tagging and member messaging, so growth no longer means a bigger monthly software bill.
